This section will walk you through the basic workflow of how to build and simulate a metalens using SMD PRO. Throughout this tutorial, we will be using a 50 µm x 50 µm polarization-independent metalens in air with a focal length of 50 µm (numerical aperture 0.447) at the wavelength 0.532 µm. Once the software starts, you will see the interface as shown in the image below. Click 'NEW PROJECT' to start a new project.
